I use a comb with wide teeth to comb my hair when it's wet. When my hair is dry I use a regular brush. I had one hairdresser suggest not using a brush or a comb but only your fingers. I have very thin hair so it tangles really easy, I couldn't imagine not brushing my hair, it would be a nest!

ok a paddle brush is good for long hair, there the big flat ones usually square shaped, i would aviod using combs but a wide tooth comb is best, never comb your hair with a small toothed comb wen wet as it stretches it and breaks off!!
