Can I get AIDS or other diseases, if my hairdresser cut her fingers, spilled some blood on my hair ?

then I touched my hair to comb my bangs and without realizing I had a little bit of cuticles opened? not really blood running but a little tenderness on my fingers, with which I touched my hair that had her blood, at least some can anyone help me?, also I am 4 months pregnant, I am very concerned about this, only serious answers please
