Ace pocket combs advertise that they are made in the United States, but I do not know the manufacturer. I would bet that if you bought one (or found one for sale in a store) the manufacturer's name would be on the back of the package.

I believe that all the pocket combs sold in the US are now manufactured in China.

So you will find a hard time finding an American one.

An American pocket comb would cost 2-3 $ while that money would get you 2 dozen from China.
